Job Description
Attend to all mechanical maintenance, machine fitment, machine assembly work in the plant.
Responsible for carrying machine/equipment/utility preventive/breakdown maintenance of the machines.
Maintain a list of spares required for the machine and to inform maintenance manager in time.
Ensure reduction of downtime hours and target shall be towards zero.
To follow all the machine/tool/mechanical part safety requirements.
Ensure that work permit to seek before commencing any major work at height, roof, intricate machine area & other risk oriented areas.
Responsible for documentation of daily/weekly breakdown/preventive maintenance & records.
Always adhere to PPE and safety procedures when dealing with Machines, tools & and other mechanical equipments.
Responsible for Housekeeping & cleanliness on machine or equipment after work completion & working area to be well maintained.
